Conceptual Design
The new Blum office in Ho Chi Minh City was conceived as a hybrid workplace that combines office functions with an immersive showroom experience. Rather than separating work and product display, the project creates an environment where employees and visitors naturally interact with Blum's kitchen and furniture hardware systems through everyday activities.

Development
The layout clearly separates customer experience zones from operational workspaces while maintaining a seamless spatial flow. Residential-inspired showroom settings, history displays, training rooms, meeting spaces, pantry areas, and open offices are carefully connected to support product demonstration, collaboration, and daily business operations within one integrated environment.

Execution
Dandelion delivered the project through design development, technical documentation, visualization, material selection, and complete fit-out implementation. Material finishes, acoustic solutions, and construction details were carefully coordinated to meet Blum's technical standards while creating a durable, functional, and user-centered workplace.
