PTT Food & Beverage JSC, a Vietnamese company established in 2018, specializes in natural beverages and the Top Up energy drink brand. Their new office at UOA Building in Ho Chi Minh City covers 153 m² for around 20 employees, including two directors. The design challenge was to accommodate multiple enclosed rooms within a compact floor plan, while keeping the shared workspace bright, functional, and reflective of the company’s youthful identity.

Development

Working with a limited budget, the Dandelion team focused on lean and practical solutions. The existing ceiling and lighting were retained, with a 20 m² open-ceiling area introduced as a striking focal point. Storage was consolidated into hidden corners with tall cabinets and smart compactor systems. The pantry was neatly arranged using cabinetry as partitions, while the lobby, meeting room, and pantry island were connected into a multifunctional collaborative zone that maintained openness, order, and aesthetic balance.

Execution

The most distinctive intervention was at the narrow entrance, where a half-open signage wall was designed as both a screen and a brand statement. Featuring the ptt logo in a bold arrangement, it created privacy while making the entrance welcoming and memorable. Director rooms were positioned along the glazed facade for natural light and views. Completed on time and within budget, the project delivered a compact yet efficient workplace that captures the energetic spirit of ptt Food.
