Conceptual Design
The VPS Leman office was developed based on the original concept by M32, reflecting a modern and professional identity for a leading financial institution. The layout clearly organizes reception, open workspaces, training areas, and executive zones to create an efficient and formal working environment.

Development
Dandelion translated the original concept into technical design documentation, optimizing construction solutions and coordinating building systems. Functional areas were developed to ensure constructability, operational efficiency, and compliance with building standards.

Execution
Dandelion was responsible for the full construction and interior fit-out across 1,530 square meters. From ceiling and flooring systems to glass partitions, training facilities, and work areas, all elements were delivered with precision, quality control, and strict adherence to safety standards. The completed project demonstrates strong execution capability in delivering large-scale office environments.
